How often should I have a foot health treatment?

A good rule of thumb is every 6–8 weeks for routine foot care. That rhythm keeps nails trimmed safely, reduces hard skin before it becomes painful, and helps spot small changes early.

You may benefit from every 4–6 weeks if you:

  • have corns, calluses or thickened nails that build up quickly

  • live with diabetes, poor circulation or reduced sensation in your feet

  • struggle to reach your feet or see them clearly

  • are on your feet a lot for work or sport

Between visits, book sooner if you notice any of the following: new pain, redness or swelling, a cut that isn’t healing, changes in nail colour/shape, or skin that cracks or bleeds.

Regular, gentle care isn’t about “pampering”—it’s about comfort, mobility and confidence. Many clients tell me they walk easier and feel more balanced when treatments are kept consistent rather than waiting until things hurt.

If you’re unsure where to start, try one appointment and we’ll set a simple plan that suits your feet, your lifestyle, and your health needs. As a mobile practitioner, I’m happy to come to you—making it easy to keep your feet feeling their best.
